Many
people don't know exactly what they should be doing to train for
something specific e.g. marathon running. Others may train quite
hard for particular activities, such as squash, skiing, football
or rugby. But unless that training has been designed to develop
the specific components of fitness that are required for the activity,
much of their effort will, at best, be wasted or, at worst, be counter-productive!
If
you are involved, or wish to become involved, in a particular sport
or activity, I can design a training regime that will specifically
target the areas needed to enable effective participation at whatever
level you currently perform.
