Consultation title

Before undertaking any exercise programme, it is advisable for everyone to be aware of his/her current state of fitness and health.

This is a process I will undertake with you before designing your own personal fitness programme. Factors that will have an influence on the design include:

  • Any known medical problems
  • Characteristics that increase the risk of health problems
  • Signs or symptoms indicative of health problems
  • Any problems that interfere with the activities of daily life
  • The results of your physical fitness test
  • Your current lifestyle

From the outset, we will work towards your ideal level of fitness.
