Fitness Testing

The fitness test will establish your current level of fitness and will enable the design of the most beneficial fitness program for you. The more accurate the information I have, the more beneficial the program will be to you.

Assessments will cover areas such as:

  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscular endurance
  • Flexibility

Other relevant factors that will be considered include:

  • Age
  • Gender
  • Previous experience of exercise
  • Personal motivation
